I just thought she was going the usual whining pain in the ass normal girlfriend. A character that would not be able to make a choice, to be really there for her friends, family and lover… And then she wasn’t. She actually was less all of that than Jax, which was a good surprise, when a story focuses on a “bad” guy, most of the times the “good” girlfriend is not a strong character. I’m glad Sons of Anarchy didn’t go on that path.
True Blood 30 Days Challenge, Day 6 : Your favorite Lafayette/Tara moment.
When they went to see Lafayette’s mom at the hospital. I think that’s a moment that actually defines Lafayette and Tara’s relationship. They had to stick together in a very messed up family, and they still have to watch each other back. And I also love the fact that it shows a new side of Lafayette, how he takes care of his mother, one of the reasons why he works so hard, and deals, and is a prostitute. And it’s how Lafayette meets Jesus. And it’s the moment when Tara decides to stop trying to kill herself. It’s a great moment.
TV Shows 30 Days Challenge, Day 12 : An episode you’ve watched more than five times.
Really ? I mean, it would be easier to list the episodes I’ve watched less than five times ! Anyway… Well, maybe the episode of a show I’ve watched the most is Once More With Feeling. Anytime I feel a little down, or anytime I need my fix of Buffy without wanting to get to intense or to have to watch more than one episode, I take my dvd and watch Once More With Feeling. I love it. I just can’t get enough of it. It’s a great episode. And it can be watched without willing to watch any other episode with it, which, to me, is kinda rare. And there is James Marsters and Anthony Head singing….

#STRONG LIKE AN AMAZON #slightly annoyed by people who forget that tara is so much more than willow’s girlfriend #she’s powerful and brave and wiser than everybody else #she knows there’s no escape #and glory just made a fairly detailed description of what she’s gonna do to her #(while torturing her) #and yet there’s that look #strong like an amazon i said #everybody else can go home
I think she is the strongest woman in the buffyverse.
Everybody always seems to think that shy means weak or fragile. Tara is strong, independant and a real heroin, eventhough she stutters sometimes.
They’re both great couples. And I never could understand why the buffy fandom was all over the place about ships. Fifteen years later, there’s still a war going on between Bangels and Spuffys. I always thought it was silly. The show is better than that, it deserves more than that. Of course, I have my preferences, but I don’t care if someone doesn’t have the same.
Three seasons of true love…
